Jean cares
a great deal about her customers and works very hard to
understand their needs. She was recently awarded the coveted
CENTURY 21®
Quality Service award. This award is
presented to producers who consistently provide outstanding
service to their customers, as evidenced from direct customer
feedback to the national office.
“I’ve
always believed the key to success in anything is to give 110%,” she says. “Why do something halfway when you can do it right
and get the best results possible?” Jean understands how
complicated the home buying/selling process has become and strives
to make
things easy for her clients. Your best interests are her top
priority. You can depend on her to treat you just as she herself would
want to be treated when dealing with such an important decision.
Jean's professional
background in Automated Information Systems provides her with the
skills to stay on the cutting edge of technology. She
provides sellers with the latest marketing tools available
to assure that their homes will gain
the competitive
advantage in today's highly competitive housing market.
Buyers benefit from
Jean's technology skills too. With just a mouse click, buyers
can view the previous week's
new listings without
having to sort through listings they've already seen. No other
agent on the Plateau offers this service. If buyers
need special assistance, Jean performs specialty searches and
promptly emails detailed data sheets
to the buyer.
On a more personal note .
. .
Spending
whatever time she can with her family is Jean's greatest pleasure.
"I don't get to see them as often as I'd like since we've moved
here, so I savor every minute of our time together. Luckily
there's lots of things to do on
the Plateau so we're never bored when they visit. If we want
to take short day trips, there's plenty of
interesting places to visit
within a couple hours drive. The grandkids always have a
good time."
Jean lives in
Deer Creek, one of the
area's residential golfing communities, and enjoys evening walks around the
course with Jerry, her husband of over 40 years. "The cart
paths make great walking trails. The fresh mountain air,
pleasantly cool evenings, and no mosquito bites make our walks
most enjoyable."
An avid RVer in
previous years, Jean looks forward to spending time doing that
again sometime in the future. "I always felt right at home when we
traveled in our RV . . . . and there's no better feeling than home."
Without a doubt Jean
understands the importance of "home" and will help you
find your perfect little piece of Tennessee Heaven to call "home"
. . . right here on the Cumberland Plateau.
